Hi everyone!

I've been using Calibre for a week now and I absolutely love it (I was really impressed with how well it converted PDFs into MOBI files) but since this morning I've been having issues with formating, for seemingly no reason.

I've noticed that the MOBI files that calibre has created today all have a problem with the table of contents. At the beginning of each .MOBI, I can see the title of all the chapters and the beginning of its first sentence (including the acknowledgments). It goes on for approximately 3 pages and then gets back to normal.

I don't think it's a problem with the PDF since every file I've tried to convert today has had this problem.
