So they are trying to put me onto person number five, which is when I duck out. I have never been passed around like this by amazon, ever. They are usually impeccable at customer service.
When I buy a new Audio I wait until it’s showing on my Oasis before I try to:
download it.

Is your Amazon ‘Content and Devices’ showing the Oasis as incompatible?
