The way to add languages is to install the Windows CE Platform Builder Trial then make a WinCE 6 build, in a language other than the one you want to add, then compile the additional language files that you want to add to the device. Then there are a few minor registry settings that you need to change when you install the files to the device. Editing an existing installer, like the one I did for English on the Q7/5, is the easiest thing to do.

I'd do it for you but the trial version I was using has expired and I'm not going to reinstall windows, etc to do it again.

The directions for doing all this can be found on Microsoft's website by searching(I used google). The files you need are hard to find, but they're out there.

Realistically, if you don't have any experience with MS Visual Studio then my suggestion would be that you're not likely to succeed. If you do have some experience here then it's just a matter of finding all the files and following the instructions provided by MS.
