Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I expect newly bought goods to be flawless unless second hand or honestly described as factory seconds. Demand a brand new machine, Johnny. And because this appears from Thrasher's post not to be an isolated problem but a common fault, insist that you try out your replacement before accepting it. Good to have your company, by the way.
