This is an old-style Thai market area that covers four city blocks in my town, about a 10 minute drive from my house. Two of the blocks are two-story indoor markets, one is for mostly clothing and household goods, while the other is mostly prepared and fresh foods. The prices are about 2/3rds of those found in the regular modern department stores and supermarkets here, but of course, you don't usually get lost in department stores and supermarkets...
