The always #1 question:

Is the battery fully re-charged?
Make sure, leave on charger over-night at least.

Then see if that makes a difference.

If it doesn't - then install the KUAL launcher and I'll post a button to give you a battery status report - which should report its current capacity (which might be very low now).
