Yes, that's my opinion, as well.
I wouldn't call it dishonest - not by any stretch - but it does seem less than forthcoming....which is too bad.
They should have nothing to fear. Tell us the lowest price and then tell us the highest price....or make it much clearer than it is.
I won't be shopping there. (But hey! That's just me.)
