I can't find the link at the moment but not long ago there was a link to the Guardian posted here at Mobileread where the idea of writing the 1st draft of a book in 30 days was posted over a multi-page article. This is basically an ebook version of the articles. Not free but not a bad price at $2.99 for a copy.
