Oh, and no reason to be smart and select one and two if you own three. ;-)

And comments on why are appreciated!

Quick note on instructions: "Readers" refers to anything you regularly read books on - so includes laptops, smart phones, PDAs, etc. The special categories are extra - you don't have to mark them if none of your readers fit the extra categories.
