You install it the very same way you installed Doitsu's EpubCheck plugin (after you download it). You download it from the first post in that plugin's thread (in the Plugins subforum). You find a plugin's thread by following the links in the stickied "Sigil Plugin Index" thread in the Plugins subforum.
