Going by the request letter, B&N has requested a 180 day confidentiality period after the Grant of Equipment authorization. Check EBOOK READER BNRV700-A for the actual text of the letter. As to why Nook Digital felt that more than the standard 45 day period was needed? Your guess is as good as anyone else's.
