Hi,
That's the problem. As I understand AZW3 files are not read by older devices. While AZW3 is perfect for my needs and as you said the result is extraordinary, conversion to Mobi is a disaster.
The ePub is converted using Calibre. As I said, I might use Kindlegen for conversion but:
1. There is no cover
2. There is no TOC, except the one I create
