See image below: I never use Sync as it is problematic. But you can easily drag and drop images and MP3 files to your reader.

1. Select Library in upper-left of the Reader Library window.
2. From the Library select the file you want to transfer.
3. Drag the file to Reader. Drag it to Reader not a subfolder. The application should place it in the proper location.

NOTE: I had problems with older versions of the Reader Library application when dragging files from subfolders under Library to the Reader, or when dragging from the Library folder to subfolders under Reader. CS told me to always drag from main Library folder to main Reader folder. I've had no issues since.
