You just have to be careful to read the fine print. When I was on Web TV (back in 2001) I had access to create a website but though I could create a free website if I had tried to use it for selling something I'd have been in trouble since the TOS didn't allow for that. So if you think you might want to later sell your Flash Fiction's make sure that the website provider allows for that or you'll find yourself having to create your website all over again somewhere else in order to not get in trouble for going against the TOS that you agreed to in the 1st place.
