I know many of you are not "happy" with AvantGo software, but I have never had problems with it til recently...The outage was not my fault, and after that all was fine. Now, with the newer "05 version" installed it has worked fine til this afternoon. I "ActiveSync" with my iPAC hx2755, and it goes through the search for looking for the "changes and updates," and even though AvantGo ALWAYS updates, it says "synchonized" quickly for it, and doesn't update anything there!! That's never happened before.
Any ideas, besides changing it to another application? Is it something I could have done, (although I don't know what)? Could it be their server, although I can sign in and connect etc. to their web site without any problem. I have never had this problem with them.
I am new to this and would greatly appreciate any suggestions that are constructive
