The nook simple touch has both buttons and touch interface.
As for the buttons vs touch interface debate, my ideal reader would look like the Nook simple touch but I'd be able to turn off the touch interface while reading a book and just use page turn buttons and turn it on again if I need to navigate menus etc...
That would be heaven.
