I don't know anything about setting metadata using InDesign. I would assume it's possible (but surely not automatic—since I'm guessing it's not quite psychic

). Your title is indeed not set. It doesn't look like you've defined any metadata to tell the truth.

It should look like:

For future reference... none of this has anything to do with CSS.
