The response I got completely missed the point of the question. The support person thought I wanted to physically exchange the Kindle and of course said "no". I may try again.
I bought the KOO (Kindle Oil of Olay) because I thought the ads might be interesting. They are not. None of the 'special offers' have been of value to me either.
