Well, your doubt is reasonable, but yes, my story is true!
It took 3 mails to convince them though.
I wrote to amazon I would pay but I guess because there is no such service, they decided it is better to change it for free. The truth is I will now start buying books from amazon and of course it is good advertising for them!
Of course I have to admit it was an excellent "customer-centered" as they say move.
Maybe it also has to do with many people being disatisfied with the whole KSO story...
