I had also tried to send a book to my galaxy S3 I9305 with stock rom 4.1.2,but it faild.
Just for sure,this is the template that i had used to send to galaxy s3(and also with kindle):

i tried this beacause i was thinnking that maybe the problem is in the kindle,but now i'm pretty sure that the problem is in calibre (don't know if a bug or a my mistake)
