My Kindle is less than 30 days old, and Amazon offered to send me a new one. They'll count my returned device as a "defective" one, even though it's my fault.
Yeah, I've got a warm and fuzzy feeling toward them right now. I'm sure my hatred for DRM will overpower this odd emotion soon enough.
