If the books aren't protected by DRM this will work. With free ebooks - no problem. With books from the Sony Store (if their format is lrx) it won't work.
The only way (beside removing DRM, which is not legal in most of the countrys and so far isn't possible for LRX-format) to share DRM-protected ebooks is to autorize both of the readers with the same ID. But then the ebooks, bought with another ID won't work anymore...
