I'm running the latest updates and my Vox is rooted...
With OogleVox enabled (Access to Google Market) I noticed my Vox exhibiting the "Wake From Sleep/'Sleep Death'" problem.
With OogleVox disabled (no access to Google Market) I notice the problem went away.
