Assuming you are trying to re-flash with the Std OS you only need to have 1 file (SmartQ7 or SmartQ5 image get from here; http://en.smartdevices.com.cn/index.html) in the root folder of your SD card. Unfortunately my attempt at installing Mer 0.16testing did not work.
I put the image and pressed the hold button and plugged the power. The LED blinked gren/yellow/red and booted normally.
I flashed to Ver.4.0 and it worked perfectly for the same button. The light was green/yellow.
