And what happens when you reboot the Opus? Does it fail to start up correctly? It USED to be the case, on the old 200MHz Gen3s, that you had to back up the "system" folder before reformatting, but on the newer Gen3s, and I thought on the Opus too, that the device automatically recreated it after a format.
