Use the tools provided in the KUAL launcher thread for that.
Such as:
Kual.Firewall with BBB (Block Big Brother) filter enabled ;
Kual.BackDoorLock ;
Those things.
OR, just always leave it in "airplane" mode and not use the Wifi
