The 950 is the only Sony reader with WIFI and related browser. The browser cannot be used with 3G. I have never used a Kindle, so I don't know how Sony's compares. One shortcoming of the 950 browser is that it only works in portrait mode even though the screen is better suited for landscape when it comes to web pages. Seems like a firmware update could enhance that feature, but Sony rarely ever updates firmware.
