I bought a Cybook from BooksOnBoard, and I'm a fan. Their customer support is prompt to reply (even in off-peak hours), their Accidental Damage plan is excellent, and I feel like they've made a ton of improvements to their site in the time I've been buying from them (less than 6 months). My sister had an extremely positive experience with them; she actually dropped her Cybook quite a distance and broke the screen, but she had the
2-year Cybook Accidental Damage plan so she shipped them her Cybook and they sent her an entirely new Cybook within a week I believe. She didn't have to wait for her Cybook to be repaired, didn't have to ship it to France, didn't have to jump through hoops for her device. They made the whole process extremely smooth and hassle-free. I definitely recommend doing business with them.
