You neglected to mention what you are attempting to accomplish.
If trying to de-brick a PW2, try (in order):
**Without USB cable connected** Option I - init FAT
**Without USB cable connected** Option E - export FAT
Connect USB cable
Transfer the Amazon 5.4.2 image to root of user storage
"Safely" remove USB cable
**Without USB cable connected** Option U - update main system
Wait for it to complete.
I have not done this with this version of firmware - but I expect it will re-boot itself when done.
If not - you have to use Option Q - quit
