Preferences->Miscellaneous->Open configuration directory and the configuration directory (folder) should open in your file system viewer (Nautilus, Krusader, etc)
Plugins are in the
<configuration folder>.plugins folder, plugin settings are often stored in
<plugin name>.json files, eg "Count Pages.json"
