What work? Download four files, install SD card imaging software, create image on SD card, copy two files over to SD card, insert and boot from SD card, press about five buttons, reboot, done. Takes about ten minutes for most people. A half hour to an hour if you're not the least bit familiar with the process and read through everything in detail, depending on your technical abilities.
Also, while the N2A card option works great for many people, many don't want to have to reboot every time they want to do something outside the B&N sandbox.
