I thought about that. So I called a dear friend of mine, that works in the cardiac something up there in Montreal and solicited her advise. She told me that 9 out of 10 of her patients that get that machine (that they advise to) do not use it after a little while. Eventually they resort to a trainer to oblige them to do it. She knows me quite well. She told me: get in shape by your own and than we'll talk again about an elliptical machine.
Let's see for how long I can keep it up with the swimming.
