and PRS-T2 a way to read notitions manually ??

Sometimes I read books, that dogs don't want to eat, so much mistakes in it.
Then I mark the mistake as a notition.
Now, the only way I found is open the reader(s) and go to the note button, reading note for note and thange them in the original epub with Sigil.

Is there a program that could read the notes externally, I think they are on my sony's in a database, because when I do it from the book itself, I have to open the book, read the notes and after 15 minutes I don't know in which book I ended reading and have to search the book again until I know, oh yes, this is where I was been.

So a kind of database reader that allows me to read the notes I made externally, using on my computer else then go to the reader and open every note to see what sentence or word I marked as wrong, would be great.
Who knows a good program and which database do I have to open ?
I have an unrooted T1 and T2.

I hope I explained it right, I am a bit dyslectic and english is not my native language ( had only 1 year of lessons )
Maybe I have to change the title of the question, but I don't know how to ask it in another way.
