svn == Subversion
It's a source code management (SCM) system. So basically, it means "fixed in the next release --- or if you can't wait, and you know how to use standard open source development tools, you could head over the website at
https://libprs500.kovidgoyal.net and download the latest bleeding-edge sources, and install the python application yourself (assuming you know how and don't mind being a pre-alpha tester) -- if not, please just wait a few weeks and upgrade to the latest version when it comes out"
But "fixed in svn" is much faster way of saying all of the above. :-)
