I can also confirm that
ADB Wireless (free) works great (and I prefer to use it rather than haul out a USB cable, myself). You still need to install the ADB sdk on your PC, but you don't need to get the USB drivers working. You use the same commands from your adb directory on your PC after making a connection (the app will give you the exact adb connect command to use on your PC (IP and port) when you start it.
