I have organised my books in author folders and included the series info in the file names. So lists the books like I prefer.
I have it setup to automatically open the books with Koreader.
It works very well now. It's very responsive and fast, compared to my old Kobo Aura HD.
If I use it only as a book reader, the battery life is also more than enough.
