A bit late, but what the hell
I'm with Pshrynk on this one, Present Tense puts me off (and that's no knock on your writing) reading. I find it hard to get into a story in the present tense, no matter who is writing the story. I always feel the opposite of what I'm supposed to feel with the present tense...I feel outside of the story, more aware of the artificiality of what's going on.
