You are speaking about *.acx files, right? I'm highly interested in this stuff. I kindly ask you to document your progress somewhere (maybe in separate page in MobileRead Wiki or anywhere you want). It doesn't matter how raw your findings will be, just dump it please ASAP if you'll have time for it.
