Specifically, I have Windows 7 & Ubuntu 9.04 running in dual boot. I have my ebooks and calibre metafile on an NTFS mounted second hard drive. What's the best way of installing and using calibre on my Ubuntu system? Will the case-insensitive issue mess up the calibre installed on my Windows system? Would I need to make a complete copy of my ebooks folder and just treat it completely separate?
