Q&S User Guide: 52 Pages for a Reason
Apparently you did not actually install Q&S the add-on, only Q&S the plug-in. Both are required.

The User Guide to Q&S is 52 pages long. If your nose bleeds when following instructions, you are among the 99.9% of Calibre users who should not install Q&S.
