That's not the full answer either, because I got continued access to
Sleeping Planet by William Burkett in the transfer. Bought it from Fictionwise in 2008, and the publisher, Rosetta Solutions, went under sometime in 2010. It's not currently being offered as an ebook anywhere, as far as I can tell.
