Open content.opf and delete the <guide> entry that causes the problem:

<reference type="text" title="Text" href="OEBPS/"/>
...
</guide>
If you can't identify it, delete the complete <guide> section. Afterwards, you might want to right-click the cover page, the toc and the beginning of the book and add their semantics. (Use Text for the beginning of the book.)
