Actually, it seems to be already updated by the time I got it.
Or do you mean that it does matter whether it was update before of after March 2016?
In general, Kindle is working - I can download books from my Archives, access many web-sites, connect to social network, etc.
The only thing is that some websites refuse to load with the 'unable to establish a secure connection' error.
I tried to contact them over the phone and they tell me something like it should work if it is already on 4.1.3.

So is there any way to replace the certificates manually on the jailbroken Kindle?
