Are you able to connect to the reader via adb?

If yes - give fix_permissions.sh a try: https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/PRST...le_Permissions

If not: install adb first: https://wiki.mobileread.com/wiki/PRST...ng_ADB_to_work
