In Australia, usually Christmas Day is most important.
Christmas Eve used to rush around buying last minute presents.
Christmas Day - most important day. This is when presents are opened, we feast (more often than not heaps of seafood), etc..
Boxing Day we laze around and watch the Boxing Day cricket match. Serious business, that!
