Tested it out in the sun today for about 20 minutes. While reading EPUB's I noticed no change at all. However while I was looking at jpeg comics or whenever it was in a loading screen, I could see the screen sort of wavering slightly. But for the menu screens and actually reading books it was perfectly normal.
