I have lurked here since I got my first Kobo a year ago. Want to say this forum is so incredibly helpful!
I upgraded to Kobo touch in the summer, never had a problem until I upgraded firmware on it within the last couple of months. Then I got the "error communicating with device" a couple of weeks ago when I wanted to add a couple of books to my Kobo. [I use Calibre also to manage my Kobo]. I read around here, did a reset, re-downloaded firmware, and then added my library, just a few at a time as suggested. When I tried to add more than 10 or so, I would get the error again, so stayed at a few at a time and finally, slowly, re-built my 202 book library. But when I connected last time to make changes, got the error again, when I tried to add 2 books!!!
PLEASE HELP! And thank you for the past year of advice!
