you should reread the court filing. The claim of restraint of trade is not based on the assertion that there are no alternative methods of sale but on the assertion that Amazon has a dominant position in the particular marketplace and that, consequently, the move to exclude POD products of other producers from the Direct Amazon Sales Channel unfairly disadvantages those other producers.
Whether that is a fair claim is for a court to decide.
