Collins, Wilkie: I Say No, v.1, 25 Dec 2007.

Wilkie Collins: ‘I Say No’ or The Love-Letter Answered.
(1884)

A young girl, barely out of the school-room, turns detective in order to investigate her father’s suspicious death, four years earlier.
What is the significance of the mysterious note, reading ‘I say no’?

This novel relies a bit too much on coincidence but has a strong narrative drive and an engaging lead character.

The PG source had a number of errors. If I’ve missed anything then pm me and I will make corrections.
