Have you run Library Maintenance recently? There may be errors.
I just ran a test CSV on my Library with Comments ON. No issue.
Looking at the CSX with Notepad++, I see comments with a lot of trailing whitespace. I opened the title with the MDE, and sure enough, I could select (and delete) an area a
fter the last text. Maybe a Comments Cleanup tool is needed ( remove all styles, truncate trailing whitespace... )
